- Email and contact confirmation: You may be required to verify your email address and, where applicable, your mobile number via confirmation links or codes sent to you.
- Acceptance of Terms: By ticking the relevant box and completing registration, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any game- or promotion-specific rules.
- Single account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with the Operator for Da Vegas at devegas.bet. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or that of third parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, closure and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
KYC, Affordability and Ongoing Checks
- Mandatory checks: The Operator will carry out KYC, AML, fraud, affordability and source of funds checks in line with the LCCP and regulatory expectations. You may be asked to provide documents such as a passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method statements and supporting evidence of income or wealth.
- Timing of checks: Checks may occur at registration, before your first deposit, before withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit or loss thresholds, or any other time deemed necessary. During checks, your Account may be temporarily restricted (for example, preventing further deposits or withdrawals).
- Failure to provide information: If you do not provide required information or documents, or if they cannot be satisfactorily verified, the Operator may refuse to open your Account, restrict your access, suspend or close your Account and, where required by law, retain or return funds in accordance with regulatory obligations.

- Responsible use: You agree to use the Website for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any business or for any unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited activity.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its specific rules and pay-tables, which are accessible within the Game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific Game rules, the Game rules prevail for the relevant Game.
- Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all Bets on the Website are placed and settled in pounds sterling (GBP).
- RNG fairness: Outcomes of non-live Games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the Operator or its third-party suppliers, in accordance with UK technical standards and testing requirements.
Placing Bets
- Availability of funds: You may place Bets only using funds that are available in your Real Money Balance or, where explicitly permitted, your Bonus Funds. Bets placed in excess of your available balance will not be accepted.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game may have minimum and maximum stake limits displayed in the Game interface. The Operator may also apply overall daily, weekly or monthly limits for regulatory or responsible gambling reasons.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it appears in the Operator's systems and is confirmed in the Game interface or transaction history. Once accepted, Bets cannot ordinarily be cancelled or changed.
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the Website during a Bet, the outcome will be determined by the Game's rules. In many cases the Bet will complete in the background and any result will be credited to your balance; in others, the Bet may be rolled back and the stake returned.
Void Bets, Malfunctions and Errors
- Obvious errors: If, due to a technical fault, misconfiguration, human error or third-party malfunction, a Game displays incorrect odds, pay-tables, results, graphical representations or balance information, the Operator reserves the right to declare such Bets void and to correct the balance to what it would have been without the error.
- Game malfunction: In the event of Game malfunction or failure of the underlying RNG or live feed, all affected Bets may be voided and stakes refunded, or the Bet may be restored to its correct state, in line with technical standards and Game rules.
- Third-party providers: Many Games are provided by third-party suppliers. The Operator is not responsible for any delay or failure caused by such providers, subject always to your statutory rights.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must treat live dealers, other players and staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, racist, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive language or behaviour in chat functions or elsewhere is strictly prohibited.
- No collusion or cheating: You must not engage in collusion with other players, use bots, auto-play software or any device or technique that confers an unfair advantage or manipulates the outcome of Games.
- Language: Chat facilities, where available, are primarily for English-language communication. The Operator may remove content or restrict chat access at its discretion.
- Sanctions: Breach of conduct rules may result in warnings, suspension of chat privileges, cancellation of Bets, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, Account suspension or closure, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate Bonus Policy: Detailed rules for promotions offered on Da Vegas are set out in the Bonus Policy and specific promotional terms, which form part of these Terms. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific rule, the promotion-specific rule prevails for that offer.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to newly registered or selected existing Players from Great Britain, using Da Vegas at devegas.bet, and who meet minimum deposit and other criteria specified in each offer.
- Transparency: Key significant terms (including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum win caps and eligibility criteria) will be clearly displayed in promotional materials in line with UK advertising and consumer protection rules.
Activation, Wagering and Time Limits
- Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may need to opt in, enter a promo code or make a qualifying deposit or Bet as described in the promotion. If you do not meet the specified criteria within the stated period, the Bonus may not be credited.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must stake a specified multiple of the Bonus (and, where applicable, the deposit) before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible Games will be clearly indicated for each promotion.
- Timeframes: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must normally be completed within a stated period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) from the time the Bonus is credited. Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the timeframe may be removed.
- Real money first: Typically, Real Money Balance is staked before Bonus Funds, unless stated otherwise in the Bonus terms. Further details are provided in the Bonus Policy.
Game Restrictions and Prohibited Actions
- Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded). The contribution table for each promotion will be specified in the Bonus terms.
- Stake limits: Certain promotions may limit the maximum stake permitted per Bet while wagering a Bonus. Stakes above that maximum may be excluded from wagering progress and can result in Bonus removal or winnings forfeiture.
- Bonus abuse: The following conduct is considered Bonus abuse and is prohibited: opening multiple Accounts to claim repeated offers; colluding with other Players; placing low-risk or hedge Bets to meet wagering; deliberately delaying Game rounds; or exploiting obvious errors in promotional configuration.
- Consequences of abuse: In cases of suspected Bonus abuse, fraud or breach of Bonus terms, the Operator may remove Bonuses and associated winnings, adjust balances, close Accounts and, where appropriate, withhold funds in line with regulatory obligations.
Combining Promotions
- One offer at a time: Unless expressly permitted, only one active Welcome Bonus or first-time deposit offer may be redeemed per Player, household, IP address, device or payment method.
- Concurrent offers: Certain retention or reload promotions may be used while other long-term offers are active, but only where this is clearly stated in the promotional terms. In the event of conflict, the Operator may determine the order in which Bonuses are applied and completed.
- Cashback and VIP rewards: Cashback or loyalty rewards may be subject to separate wagering or withdrawal conditions; such conditions will be clearly communicated in advance.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Payment methods: Deposits may be made using debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfers and other methods made available on the Website from time to time. For Players in Great Britain, credit cards must not be used for gambling transactions, in line with UK law.
- Crypto assets: While crypto-related payment methods are mentioned for general industry purposes, the Operator does not currently offer crypto-currency deposits or withdrawals for Da Vegas customers in Great Britain under these Terms.
- Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per period will be displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may adjust limits for individual Players based on risk assessments, affordability checks or responsible gambling considerations.
- Fees: The Operator aims not to charge deposit fees; however, certain third-party providers (such as banks or e-wallets) may impose their own charges. You are responsible for any such fees.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
- General rules: You may request withdrawals of available Real Money Balance, subject to verification, security checks and compliance with Bonus terms. Withdrawals will generally be processed via the same method used to deposit, where feasible.
- Verification and KYC: In line with regulatory expectations and considering historical feedback about document-heavy checks, you acknowledge that the Operator may require full completion of KYC, AML, affordability and source of funds checks before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delays or refusal of withdrawals.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within a few Business Days), but actual times may vary due to volume, verification requirements and third-party payment processing. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.
- Withdrawal limits: Per-transaction, daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits may apply and will be stated in the cashier section or in specific promotional terms. The Operator may adjust limits to comply with regulatory requirements or risk management policies.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Returned Bets
- Irreversibility of Bets: Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game has started, you generally cannot request a refund of the stake, except where the Bet is voided due to error, malfunction or other circumstances described in these Terms.
- Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or otherwise reverse valid deposits. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel Bets, recover any Bonuses or winnings derived from the disputed deposit and take legal action where appropriate.
- Refunds of deposits: In exceptional circumstances and at the Operator's discretion, a deposit may be refunded without play, subject to due diligence checks and deduction of any costs reasonably incurred.
Dormant and Closed Accounts
- Dormant accounts: If you do not log in to your Account for an extended period (for example, 12 months), the Operator may classify your Account as dormant, subject to applicable legal requirements and any fees or procedures notified on the Website.
- Balances on closure: Subject to AML and regulatory obligations, any remaining Real Money Balance on a closed Account will generally be returned to you via an appropriate payment method. Funds may be retained or remitted to authorities where required by law.

Exclusions and Limitations

- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, device manufacturers or game suppliers, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of your use of the Website or Services.
- Maximum liability: Subject to non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms, the Website or the Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the amount of the Bet or transaction from which the liability directly arose; or (ii) the total amount of deposits made by you into your Account in the six months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
- Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, Game titles, user interfaces and back-end systems, is owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or third-party providers and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or content without prior written consent from the Operator or the relevant rights holder.
